Headwaters Foundation for Justice is looking for folks passionate about our mission to move money to movements for social change to join our team as a Grants Associate and a Donor Systems Associate.

The Grants Associate will develop, implement, and evaluate grant processes to meet and support the needs of the Foundation and its grantees. The Donor Systems Associate provides administrative support to the development team to advance Headwaters’ mission through donor organizing.

The salary range for both positions is $52,000-$62,000. Both positions are open until filled. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
