Chef Castro, a graduate of the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) has successfully opened 2 restaurants in the Napa Valley. Playing a key role as the executive sous-chef at Farmstead Restaurant serving American farmhouse fare and then as the executive chef at Tarla Meditrranean Grill serving Greek/Turkish fusion cuisine. Both restaurants continue to be prosperous and an integral part of the community. With Castro Catering & Private Chef Services, Chef Castro specializes in all inclusive intimate dinners to elegant festive parties and everything in between.
