For your pool side Summer days! This Summer Spritzer is a must make!

⁣Honey Simple Syrup
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water

Add ingredients into small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until honey is dissolved

Allow to cool and transfer into airtight container.
Keep refrigerated

Method
1 1/2 oz honey SS
5 mint leaves
1 oz lemon juice
1 1/2 oz vodka
3oz white claw

Muddle mint and simple syrup in shaker
Add lemon juice, vodka and ice
Shake
Pour into 10 oz glass
Top with your favorite white claw
