This cocktail keeps improving every minute!

Our “Burt Reynolds” is a Manhattan made with Evan Williams Boubon, Alessio Chinato Vermouth, Gran Classico Bitter, and Bitterman’s Orange Citrate bitters.

We batch it ahead and then pour it into this medium toast oak barrel to rest before pouring it over our large ice cubes and stirring it to the perfect harmony of dilution and a chilled temperature.
