Funeral arrangements are the ones I keep at the bottom of my list. I do t think it is fair to charge somebody who is grieving but It is my business so the best I can do in these cases it is to charge for only material and gas. In this case I only charged for the arrangement material and the butterfly and personalized ribbon are an extra I wanted to add.
