Hello everyone and welcome to Bels BBQ! This will be my official page and I wanted to introduce myself and my business. My name is Adrian Garcia and I am the Pitmaster for Bels BBQ. The name Bel comes from my daughter Isabel, she is my everything ❤️. As far as I can remember I have always been drawn to the kitchen and cooking shows, I even thought I would become a real chef when I grew up! I started my barbecue journey back in 2018 with my Traeger pellet smoker and I instantly fell in love with the process. I am not going to lie there has been a lot of learning and a lot of McDonald’s involved due to the food not being ready on time.
After a few years of learning techniques and a few competitions I ultimately decided I wanted to cook for people and make that my competition. My services are simple they consist of selling sample pans and catering on weekends. That being said, for catering services I do not have a full service, if you have questions about catering please direct message me. I have kept some news to myself but I will spill the beans on this post.. I have increased my cooking capacity by purchasing a larger offset smoker, this allows me to take on more/bigger orders than before!
Please remember this is a small family business. I source all my proteins and produce myself to insure the best quality of smoked meats and sides. I cannot wait to fire up my new pit and cook for you all soon! Thank you to all who have ordered from Bels BBQ and have spread a good word!
