Chef Nicole Shute from Verde crafted a spectacular 4-course dinner and collaborated with the talented students from Cafe Momentum, who skillfully prepared and served the distinguished guests—a gathering that included business leaders, NFL players, and even a few Hall of Famers! The night was highlighted by the captivating stories shared by HOF'er Shaun Alexander, shedding light on the remarkable initiatives of Cafe Momentum nationwide. Guests were introduced to aspiring young chefs, and for a few hours, amidst the NFL Draft week frenzy, The Reserve provided a serene haven.

We love to include our Chefs any chance we get! For this dinner, both Chef Anourom (Anousone) & Chef Dai’Quon (Solstice) attended and brought the full Strang Experience with their action stations. We enjoyed having some of the top business executives in the community in our space! Guest Speakers included @ RadioDana and @ Kris.Ketz. We also loved having Studio Dan Meiners create magic on our two custom floral walls!!
