NLArts is a non-profit community organization that provides innovative arts programs for children of Philadelphia through weekend and summer workshops. Programs are designed to recognize and teach to children’s individual learning styles and interests. Artists in Residence teach classes in partnership with a professional educator.

☯️Button Making Workshop tickets in bio! ⬇️

Join in welcoming local artist and big time friend to NLArt’s next evening workshop for adults on June 14th. Jessica is a visual artist working in Old City with a passion for color, textiles, and space. Congratulations to Jessica for her acceptance into the 82nd Annual Juried Exhibition!

Enjoy making our own small master piece as a wearable decoration or art for your walls during this 2 hour workshop. Participants will experiment with an array of techniques such as stitching, painting, and collaging from an assortment of provided materials. All supplies will be provided, though treasures from home are welcome 🤗

Kids Scavenger Hunt on May 3rd, 5-7p

Meet us at Liberty Lands Park on May 3rd for a neighborhood wide scavenger hunt and park party! Enjoy food and drinks from local businesses, pick an outrageous team name, and hang with friends before the hunt begins. Adults can play the game or post at the grown-ups table for adult refreshments and camaraderie!

The scavenger hunt encourages kids to look closely for treasures hidden within the details of our community. Younger children will sweep liberty Lands, while the older kids quest deeper into the surrounding neighborhood.

Tickets include food, drinks, and all the fun for the whole family 😊
