Established in 2006 and now with over 2700+ weddings, with three private venues with hardwood floors, brick walls, and outdoor rooftop. The White Room is a private event venue located in the heart of downtown St. This historic building dates back to 1888 and features brick walls, hardwood floors, grand white columns and drapes, with panoramic water views. There are three venues to choose from: The Grand Ballroom, Loft & Rooftop, and our newest venue The Villa Blanca.

Alexine & Joe’s Wedding Day was a dream 💭

Guests were greeted in The Villa Blanca with passed trays of Prosecco Pops! There were so many laughs, smiles, and tears as Mr. & Mrs. Bell said “I DO” 🤍

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour in The Grand Ballroom. Complete with passed Bacon Wrapped Dates, Plum Glazed Island Shrimp Skewers, and Tuscan Pesto, Sundried Tomato, & Goat Cheese Tartlets 🥓 🍤 And you can never go wrong with an Antipasto Station to round it all out! 🧀

After cocktail hour, Alexine & Joe shared their first dance before guests were served dinner! The first course was a Strawberry & Feta Salad 🍓 Followed by a Duet Plate of Balsamic Chicken & Braised Short Rib served with Parmesan Green Beans and Garlic Whipped Potatoes 😋

And there is always room for dessert!! Not only did Alexine & Joe treat their guests with a wedding cake but also chose our in-house dessert tasting station! 🧁

The dance floor stayed packed all night🪩 And they had a fan favorite late night snack of French Fries 🍟

Alexine & Joe shared one last private dance before a sparkler exit with all of their guests! 🎇

We are so happy we got the chance to host this stunning couple for their wedding day!

Eric and Wynn had a Villa Blanca ceremony followed by a reception in The Grand Ballroom🤍

For Cocktail hour guests enjoyed a Chips and Salsa Station, Tomato & Mozzarella Bruschetta, Mini Chicken & Cheese Quesadillas, and Pepper Jack Chicken Wontons!🍽️
🍾Along with their Aperol Spritz Signature Cocktail!🥂🤍

For dinner guests were served a Spanish Salad🥗, Mojo Roasted Chicken & Mojo Roasted Pork Tenderloin🍗! This was served with Spanish Rice & Pinto Beans, and Eloté Corn! 🌽🇪🇸

The sweetest part of the night were definitely Eric and Wynn’s exchange of vows.🤍 However, to add to the sweetness we hosted a dessert table as well! 🍩This included a Glazed Donut Station, and a Strawberry Shortcake Station!🍰🍓

Jackie and Edward’s Rooftop & Loft Ceremony and Reception was PERFECTION🤍✨

Guests enjoyed Sweet Potato Puffs, Baked Brie with Carmelized Apple on Toast Points, and a Seafood Station with Oysters and Shrimp during cocktail hour!✨As well as a Champagne Bubbly Bar!!🍾🥂

Dinner was a collection of a Mediterranean Market Station, Fresh Pasta bar with Marinara & Basil Pesto Cream Sauce and Julianne Chicken, AND a Beef Carving Station!

Their day was so fun and magical!✨ We loved their energy and one of the coolest touches was a live caricature artist! 🖌️🎨

In addition to their beautiful wedding cake, guests enjoyed a Dessert Tasting Station along wi a Breyer’s Ice Cream Station! Yum!🍦

Jennifer & Zach’s Villa Blanca Ceremony and Grand Ballroom Reception was STUNNING! ✨

Guests enjoyed mozzarella bruschetta, beef empanadas, barbecue pork biscuits, and mini shrimp & grits shooters during cocktail hour, as well as their signature drink of a vodka lemonade! 🍋

Dinner was a buffet choice of lemon butter style chicken & roast sirloin of beef with an added pasta bar with marinara and vodka sauces! 🍝

Their big day was such a dream and we loved that their menu choices included four different Late Night Munchie options: mini chocolate chip coooies with a shot of milk, minimum brownies with a shot of milk, french fries in a paper cone, mini burger sliders AND a Breyer’s Ice Cream Station for dessert! SO FUN! 🍪🥛🍟🍦

One of our favorite special touches is when we have a live painter! 🎨This is such a fun, interactive experience for the guests to get to watch the masterpiece as it’s coming together. And the couple finally seeing their finished piece at the end of their reception is a great way to end the night on a high!

Our building is full of rich history. Built in 1888 The Surprise Store was the largest and leading department store on Florida’s East Coast. In 1934 it was The Plaza Hotel and in 1949 it was home to Potter’s Wax Museum. It was the first museum of this type in the United States

Built in 1888, this building was the location for the largest and leading department store on Florida’s East Coast- The Surprise Store. Many high status guests at the Ponce de Leon Hotel, (now Flagler College,) would frequent the store for items like Gents' furnishings, hats and caps, Ladies' ready-to-wear garments, house furnishings and furniture.
