We've been chosen to cater the Utah AIDS Foundation Gala again this year! We're honored to have been chosen 2 years in a row. This year's theme is; "No Place Like Home". We'll be preparing a "comfort food" menu which will include, among other things; Pot Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Corn Bread, Brussel Sprouts au gratin, and Hand-Pies.

Last night we were at The Falls at Trolley Square. We served Tomato Bisque, Chicken Noodle, Grilled Cheese on heated granite, and Shirley Temples! Fun Menu!

We're working on new menu items to be added to our 2017 menus. Korean BBQ Short Ribs on a Butterfly Steam Bun and Candied Bacon with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon... I'm calling these, "Pigsicles"!

We make all of our meatballs from scratch. They're hand rolled with a blend of 3 meats. They're coated in seasoned bread crumbs and then fried. Then, they're covered in our homemade marinara and baked. This is a time consuming process, but it's one of the many things that sets us apart from other caterers who use pre-made frozen meatballs and canned sauces. Mama Mia!!
