Hey all
A few weeks ago I got back from spending 12 days in Europe. My first trip there, ( better late than never). I feel very blessed to have Whitney as my friend and a great travel companion. My giging buddy of 12 yrs Ms. Whitney Shay was performing the in support of her last album. She had a few days off so we decided to hookup and have a little vacation. First up was Amsterdam. A huge busy city. Lots of museums and places to eat. You can also go to a cafe and buy some party and a cup of coffee, at least that’s what they call it.
Whitney knew a couple of musicians who live there and Felipe a great guitarist took us around the city canals on his boat, and invited us to his apartment for home made paella. What a treat! We went to a place that grows every kind of tulip you never knew existed. Lots a shopping, you all know ms whit, so that was a must, and the red light district. That was interesting. We forgot it was Easter weekend so packed, packed, packed with tourists. Tomorrow I will post leg #2 of my excursion to Europe.

Ok all you jamming peeps. Tonight at the North Bar in Escondido and every Wednesday I’ll be playing a jam with a couple giging buddies. Starting at 7:30, bring your ax, sticks, bass and come play. We can pull off almost anything. All singers welcome as well. North Bar is a neighborhood type bar where the drinks are affordable and the bartenders are extremely nice. I always have fun. Hope to see some of you.
