Congratulations to alumna, Mia Schlosser, who has joined the Cincinnati Ballet as an Apprentice for their 2024/25 season!!🎉

Mia trained at CDT since she was little, performing in various Pacific Festival Ballet productions through the years in multiple feature roles such as Clara in the Nutcracker and Mary in Secret Garden. Mia competed and won the Grand Prix of the Spotlight Music Center Awards, and she received top honors in YAGP and
Youngarts. When Mia was 16, she began her training with The San Francisco Ballet
School (SFBS), on full scholarship, where she worked closely with the company (SFB). In her second year with SFBS, Mia returned as a trainee.
During Mia's time as a trainee, she toured to Sun Valley, Idaho, performed various repertoire by renowned choreographers, and danced alongside the corps de ballet of SFB. Mia also choreographed her first piece on SFBS students, and she had the honor of presenting her work at the Spring Student Showcase. Mia is beyond excited to embark on her professional career with Cincinnati Ballet!

We are so excited for this next journey for you and your CDT family will be cheering you on! ❤️🩰🎉
