The Encore Dinner Theatre in Old Town Tustin provides a unique entertainment and culinary experience unlike any other in Southern California. Originally built in 1959, it was the first and only movie theatre in Tustin for many years. ovated in 2011 and under new management, today the Encore is a stunning, intimate theatre with approximately 250 seats in a beautiful tiered dinning room overlooking the stage. The ambiance is reminiscent of the 1940’s old time supper club complete with dazzling chandeliers that rise when the show begins, modeled after the Metropolitan Opera in New York City.
