The Sycamore stands tall and brave,
Its branches spread like ancient lore,
A silent guardian, forevermore.

With mottled bark, in hues of gray,
It whispers secrets of the day,
Through summer's warmth and winter's chill,
It holds its ground, steadfast and still.

Its leaves, like hands, reach for the sun,
A testament to life begun,
Each season brings a change anew,
Yet roots run deep, and hearts stay true.

In autumn's blush, its colors flame,
A fleeting beauty, never tame,
And come the spring, with tender green,
A promise kept, a sight serene.

Beneath its boughs, the world seems right,
A haven bathed in dappled light,
Oh, Sycamore, so wise and free,
