Brilliant film night at the brewery last night - Argentinian feast of lamb with chimichurri and piles of awesome veggies, ceviche to die for and coconutty popcorn from heaven. Pre- movie tunes and cold beer in the courtyard - and the greatest wee film - kind of gob smacked at the strength and courage of people. Good people. Earth and animal loving people. Nice little love story too. Watch it. Cheers everyone 🤘🏻

The most special of people. I loved his food, his demeanour, his gentle way. I wrote his blackboards, sat many an hour in his cafes and restaurants. Many of my closest friends were his chefs. A true original. My heart is with Natalie and the girls. He will be sorely missed. RIP bill x
