Kouign amann wannabe danish.

Crunchy caramel outside, pillowy soft layers inside.

Filled with passion fruit and mango caramel mascarpone cream and topped with coconut chantilly and passion fruit.

•Save the 🍰 • hack

If, against all odds, you managed to overcook Christmas and have cake leftovers, here’s a tip how to save it for that “I’m craving a cake” moment.

Wrap individual slices in strips of baking paper (that will prevent the slices to stick together when frozen and will also protect the cake), place in an airtight container and freeze.

Once you feel like a little something, just take a slice out, leave to defrost for 30-so minutes (+/- depending on a cake) and voilà.

Disclaimer: not all cakes are freezable but most are. Do not refreeze cakes either.

With 10 days left until Christmas (really?!?) it’s your last call to order a delicious cake for your Christmas lunch.

Orders for honeycake and lemon meringue chiffon close next Tuesday the 20th.

Pick up and delivery for honeycake both on 23rd and 24th, lemon meringue - 24th only.

A set of delicious little treats for both little and big kiddos out there.

Standard box is $45 and includes:

2 large gingerbread man
1 milk chocolate and caramel crispies lollipop (gingerbread house or gingerbread man)
Bag of 4 white chocolate, candied almonds and lemons crispy bites
2 honeycake and dulce “sandwiches” in milk chocolate
3 spiced candied orange dipped in 64% dark chocolate

Collection will be available from this Saturday (3/12) onwards.

Honeycake turned sandwich

I’ve had this idea for a while and finally decided it’s time to bring it to life.
And I was so right to do so! 😋

These delicious honeycake biscuits sandwiched with dulce de leche cream filling and hand dipped into milk chocolate will be part of the Christmas hamper.

Aussie 🥭 all the way!

As much as I love frozen French fruit purées for their variety and consistency, when it comes to seasonal fruits, I only use fresh produce.

Supporting local farmers and reducing food wastage is a great bonus to amazing flavour.
