Once a month, do a HOT WATER wash cycle (with no clothes) using a cup of WHITE VINEGAR. The vinegar will get rid of soap residue in your drum and water/drainage lines. This small trick will prolong the life of your drainage pump so you don't have to call me to replace it.

Cleaning your Glass Top Range
1. Make sure glass top is completely cooled down. Wipe glass top. Can use window cleaner and newspaper. Burnt on stains take a little more love.
2. Burnt residue, use a sharp edge like a razor or box cutter blade. Be careful, safety first by using work gloves.
3. At an angle, 30-45 degrees, scrap off burnt residue. Wipe clean once again.
4. Don't use sharp edge on mother board, this is just a plastic cover, window cleaner is ok.
5. Don't use sharp edge on oven door handle, this is covered in ceramic, window cleaner is ok. You CAN use the sharp edge on the oven window door.
TRICK: Using NEWSPAPER on any glass surface helps get rid of streaks by soaking up any oil residue that causes them.

Coins found in the pump of a front loading washing machine. Check out the QUARTER and NICKEL chewed up by the pump. These coins were slowly eating the fan blade away which disabled some functions on the mother board. Cleaned out, the washing machine is now back in PERFECT working order. I can clean this out for you and diagnose other problems on your washing machine. Takes me about an hour to do but it is worth it especially if you have hard water deposits for just $50.00. (I usually keep the change so I can pay those clerks who are assholes...lol)

Don't know what a Phillips is or the difference between a live wire and a ground wire? I can help you out with your small repairs and fixes. Most electricians, plumbers or contractors will charge 300 just to look at your problem...I just charge 50/hour to actually fix it. I have a vast array of knowledge and that is why I call myself a Renaissance Handyman. I just happen to be 2 spirited as well. Too much?? I can adjust my prices accordingly as I know what it is like to be without. BTW...a Phillips is the cross or star looking screwdriver and the live wire is black/white (depends on the circuit) and ground is usually green.
