Looking for part time weekend shifts?
We need some shop help! We are a small shop with big energy, and we are hoping to find someone who matches that. It’s rewarding but hard work. We are located at Country Club Centre in Nanaimo.
Floral design experience a huge asset, but will train the right person.

Duties include:

-Greeting and assisting customers
-handling, processing and maintaining floral products
-maintenance on plants
-general cleaning
-cash handling
-opening and closing
-floral designing

Please apply if you:

-have customer service experience
-are comfortable on the phone
-Ability to lift 40lbs occasionally
-cash handling experience
-comfortable with computers
-Able to work independently
-have problem solving/time management skills
-good sense of colour and basic math
-have floral experience
-enjoy flowers, plants and people

These are easy shifts that generally have down time once assigned tasks are complete, so could be great for a Post secondary student.
Bonus points for people able to work extra hours around major floral Holidays (Valentines, Mother’s Day, Christmas)
Wage is dependant on experience levels, starting at $17/hr.
