An excellent demonstration of scapula push ups. We often integrate these into our programmes for individuals with poor shoulder stability caused by poor posture (sports/desk jobs) and habits (texting, etc). These are ideal for those with 'winging scapula' which is when the scapula (shoulder blade) comes away from the rib cage ('winging') causing poor shoulder control and strength. For those with winging scapula try working up towards 100 reps per day to achieve a reasonable stimulus to work towards resolving the problem.
