* maximum of 2 pieces an order

* its £5 PER slice, but everything goes to charity

Hello everyone 👋
I hope you are all doing ok??? I genuinely miss seeing you all in HQ , and making dishes from the menu
*please, don't read that as we have any plans to start up again, I'm afraid.

However.... here is a little present 🎁 from me to you as I know some of you are crazy for the Xmas hash ❤️

How to make Xmas hash
❤️❤️❤️
MERRY XMAS ho ho ho

The dish starts off just like the Chorizo Hash ( i know a few of you tried this out on our lockdown cook alongs 🥰
so pre heat your oven to 200 C

Chop your spuds to 1/2" inch dice and put into a roasting tin.
*I prefer them with the skins on, but that's up to you.

Give it a glug of oil and a little sprinkle of salt.

Will take about 30 mins and make sure to give it a little stir part way through cooking.

Disclaimer notice I'm possibly about to ruin a few illusions here 😬😆😬❤️ but we used already cooked turkey breast 🤷‍♂️

And the other bits..
Smoked bacon
Sausages
Shredded defrosted brussle sprouts
Basic stuffing
Cranberry sauce
And bisto
* at home obviously it's easier to leave out what you don't fancy so much.

Chuck the potato, turkey, bacon, sausage, sprouts in a frying pans and heat up ( it can go in the oven too, so less faffing)

The little extra cooked bits are the best.

Serve with as much or as little gravy, cranberry sauce, stuffing as ye like.

Get stuck in and fill your belly.
