Angel Gallery, (or studio) is a wonderful space, each wall, each corner tells a different story, so naturally, we invite artists, singers, dancers, painters, therapists, movers and shakers, observers of the modern world, those who wish to be part of a movement of change, part of creative evolution, to come, to see to be what they are in all their truth and entirety, and we will encourage, we will share our thoughts and dreams, and encourage those who venture forth to do the same.

.music Briony are holding an evening of songs and singing workshop at The Angel, South Street this coming Sunday 22nd October 7pm as a small gesture towards helping in the face of the current crisis

To be together in community and singing together; sending our love, prayers and solidarity to the people of Palestine. As a small gesture towards helping in the face of the current crisis

To attend the event please donate to Medical Aid Palestine (MAPS) or any of the organisations that are currently on the ground eg Doctors Without Borders. Any amount is helpful, just show us a screenshot of your donation upon entry. If you aren’t able to donate please do still come as this is an event to bring people together.
At the moment most charities are not able to get medical aid into Gaza. However, there is continued hope that may change soon.There are multiple campaigns launched by charities to appeal for medical aid to be allowed in, so gathering signatures for this also will be of help.

There will be some letters and draft email examples that can be posted and sent to MPs and politicians.

Singing together will be followed by a candlelit procession to the market square. We will have collective silence and moment of prayer, then sending with a song. Please bring candles, flags or signs.
If you’d like to be involved in this evening please get in touch!

Please share this far and wide and all over. This is very soon so feels important to get the word out to people in town. To hopefully raise some money for those who need supplies desperately and to come together in solidarity.

From classes here at The Angel to performance at Dartington Hall is directing CROWN which premieres at Dartington Hall this Saturday 28/10.

If you’ve been following her Classical Persian classes at The Angel you’re in for a treat! Featuring contemporary dancers, classical dancers and classical Persian musicians all to a soundtrack of live music and electronica.

The dancers tell a story of the journey to find home, finding courage, resilience and joy along the way.
