Tauriko Settlers Hall Tauriko Hall is located on State Highway 29 next to Tauriko Primary School. It is available for community bookings and private functions.

Max capacity 240, this venue is equipped with chairs, tables, kitchen, a stage and a large carpeted main floor area.

Have you been thinking about getting a dog trainer in and don’t think things are bad enough?
Just want to understand better how your dog thinks?
Go home with helpful tips on communicating better with your dog.

Interactive dog training demonstration that takes you through what happens in a home dog training lesson.
Maree works with 2 dogs that have the VIPooch tickets, she has not worked with these dogs before.

There are opportunities for Q and A during the show so please bring your questions.

Tauranga self-defence classes on at Cliff Road!

Our self-defence approach is based on applications for practical self-defence.

Complementing this system are aspects of Arnis Balintawak - (Filipino), and elements of other martial arts systems that we have familiarity with.

The class is suitable for teens through to older participants; for beginners through to experienced martial arts practitioners. The training is more technical in nature, working on body physics - technique over strength and power.

Trainers Peter Lalor and James Jordan have many decades of experience in the Martial Arts and are Black Belts in multiple disciplines, including the Tao Shield developed by Sijo Ian Waite, a recipient of the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame.

Fancy some gentle but social badminton? Shuttlecocks and Hens are in each Tuesday and Friday morning and looking for some new members.
Drop on in to say hi and possibly join in. They play in the Memorial Hall at the Queen Elizabeth Youth Centre from 9:30am until 11:30am each week. Help spread the word and tell your mates, gran or aunty, or challenge someone you know and have a try. They are a lovely social group who also enjoy celebrating for any reason, from a birthday to let's just have some cake.

Bethlehem Indoor Bowling goes back 60 years! This sport is incredibly inclusive of all demographics; more younger people are wanted! Trish Gough, a regular goer of Indoor Bowling, has found the sport a great way to have fun and keep up her competitive streak. As the teams are primarily chosen on the night by the luck of the draw, creates a significant social aspect. Bethlehem hall provides a flat surface for the green mat to lay as the sport requires it. Fantastic prizes are there for tournament winners. Come and join the team today!
