I simply cannot believe that we’re almost to the end of August!
We’ve had some beautiful summer weddings, and I feel so blessed to have celebrated so many love stories!!
Now I’m getting ready for fall one of my favorite times of the year .

Congratulations to our happy couple Adam (from London) and Annie (from Florida) -they tied the knot at a breathtaking AirBnB in Black Mountain.

Most of their guests travelled from London to witness this sweet union -what a beautiful gift.

We wish them nothing but the greatest happiness!

I will never forget this wedding!
I love morning Weddings!
I love the softness of the light, the magical mist that comes through the Appalachian Mountains, and in the summertime I love the depth of greens that cover our mountains in the south.
The reason I will never forget this day is because I had something pretty scary happened.
As I was driving up the Blue Ridge Parkway to meet my couple I was in the middle of the longest tunnel when the lights on my dash started flashing and then everything went black.
I have never been so scared in my life! I couldn’t see anything.
God was watching after me that day!
Someone came along, got in front of me and I made it through that tunnel. Then I pulled over and called my good friend Patti, who was also assisting with the wedding.
She came down and I followed her through the rest of the tunnels.
You never know what these mountain weddings are going to bring you, but there’s one thing for sure. The end product is the fact that you can look back and remember each couple and the love they share!

I had the sweetest couple get married at this beautiful venue in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

I got the sweetest review this evening when I opened up my email!
I have to be truthful I’ve been a little bit down lately.
My dad passed away a year ago in one of my favorite months of the year, May.

I loved every minute of this South Carolina Elopement!
This elopement took place on private property in South Carolina.
I loved every feature of this elopement from the wooden arbor set up in a field of tall grass to the swamp side couples photos!
This was a beautiful and unique place to host a ceremony.
I am currently putting together a list of unique locations to say I do so stay tuned for the release of these locations.
