Almond Macaroons dipped in chocolate happening this week. This recipe from is a keeper. Almond meal, vanilla bean, sweetened with maple syrup. Yep, yep, YEP. All the things we love when that 🦷 starts a craving.

From last Saturday were these beautiful cabbages. I made a wonderful caesar slaw, a crispy chicken and house-made sourdough croutons. Honey bunny enjoyed since I was juicing, and not everyone wants to juice 🙃 I made a Greek Yogurt dressing which made this lighter than a normal Caesar dressing with no mayo or eggs. Mmmm 😋 Can’t wait to see what’s at the market this week. 🥰

Good morning 🙂 doors are open to the sound of the birds while making spelt dough for quiches. Enjoying my farmers market flowers and green smoothie for a detox. Not everyone likes a cleanse. They aren’t easy. I like to think of it like exercise, I feel amazing when it’s over. It’s especially hard with the smells of dough baking. 🙃
But all above are some of my very favorite things ❤️🙏🏻

I’ve only ever wanted to be a mom. I think I’ve kidded myself by trying to be anything but. And man have I failed numerous times at this job. As the last bambino prepares to jump, my heart breaks in a new way I haven’t felt before. I’m so excited for them and terrified at the same time. Please stop driving the car with only 4 miles left in the tank.

I am loving this arrangement of colors and flavors. I’ve got multiple colors of quinoa, grapefruit, blood navel and Cara Cara oranges 🍊, sheep’s milk feta, Kalamata olives, and thinly sliced marinated and grilled flank steak 🥩 Yummo 😋
Perfect dish for sticking with the theme of January clean eating. 🥰

Biggest takeaway from this past weekend at was attention to EVERY detail. Now they have 10 employees to every one guest and I am the lone employee to every 10 clients 😅… but now I’ve got some serious 2024 👩🏼‍🍳
One particular thing that stood out… the meticulously packaged boxed lunches. From the thick soft napkins to the savory focaccia breaded ham sandwich to the crafted chocolate chip cookies. Wowza. Thank you 🙏🏻 for the experience BBF.

I have found the sweetest dog! I am heartbroken I can not keep her. I need her to go to a great home. She was found off busy Cascade Rd in atlanta. A homeless man said her owner was shot and she was left behind. She had no collar and was so hungry. She weighs about 30 lbs, black and is prob 8 months old, her coat and teeth are gorgeous. I’m not sure if she’s been fixed. When I brought her home, she was scared to come inside. I’m not sure if she was let inside before. She is smart and does listen to my instructions. Now that she has been fed and loved on, she won’t leave my side. She seems to be potty trained. She hasn’t gone inside overnight and did go outside on her leashes walk.
Can someone help me give her a good home??
I have an old cat and a youngish cat that don’t like dogs. She is playful with them but they aren’t having any of that. Craig also won’t let me have another animal right now.
Please send to anyone who may be a good dog owner in need of a forever fur friend.

I guess it’s time for boring old food photos again. BUT this gluten free hazelnut crust on my goat cheese quiche was far from boring! My hubby 😊 even liked it even though he’s not a big fan of goat 🐐 cheese.
