In a tall glass filled with ice, combine:
1.5oz Pim’s #1
3oz Lemonade
Top with Lime Seltzer
Stir and Garnish with
Cucumber Slices and Lovage
or Celery Leaves.

Coming out of hibernation.

I’m gonna be totally honest. Last season was pretty brutal and there was not a lot of new content to share with you all this winter. But as we gear up for our super busy 2021 season, we’re reflecting on how great it was to take a beat and focus our energy on sone very cool micro-weddings and smaller events. These limited crowds and intimate settings open up such an opportunity to elaborate on beautiful drink recipes and spend more time doing what we love: engaging with your guests. We hope it’s a trend we see continue.
