Caleb, Rowen, and Zephyr are on the search for a fourth for our amazing home and community. The room is available March 1, 2023 for a minimum of 3 month lease with the option to extend afterwards. The room available is a single bedroom and shared bathroom with 1 other person that is neat and clean.
Rent is $1350/mo (includes lodging, electricity, sewer & water) plus $75/mo ($1425 total) for cleaning, internet, gas (stove), and other household incidentals (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, monthly house cleaning…) $1300 Security Deposit required.
Qualities we seek and admire in housemates:
- Skilled, Loving and Care-ful Communicator
- Accountable, Resourceful & Self-Responsible
- Clean & Tidy. (Really!)
- A desire to Co-Create offerings such as workshops, events, and magic with phenomenal individuals!
- We are Vegan or Vegetarian in our home
- Substance conscious individuals. No substance additions please
- Adaptable to, respectful of, and willing to work with, housemates’ different ways of being
- Can both flow and be structured as needed
- Metaphysically inclined, frequent sound healing events happen in the home, if you speak astrology A++ lol but not a requirement
- Creative and fun to be around!!
