Ingredients..
Pecan Meat substitute.
3 cups -Pecans
3 cups -No chicken broth
1 can -chickpeas
1 cup - red bell pepper (chopped )
1 cup - onion (chopped)
1 tsp- garlic (minced)
After blending ingredients in a blender for one to two minutes, add mixture back to skillet and add your fav seasonings for flavor, cook for 3-5 minutes and set to the side.
Cashew Cheese ingredients
2 cups - vegetable broth
1 cup -cashew yogurt (unsweetened)
1 cup -vegan cheddar cheese
1 cup - vegan queso fresco
1 cup - vegan “chao” cheese
Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan (medium heat)
Stir occasionally until all cheese has melted.
You can use these key ingredients for mini tacos, southwest egg rolls, and nachos. Whatever you decide these yummy ingredients will be a crowd pleaser 😉
