Last year, students and alumni from the Washburn Blackbox Acting Program stunned the audience with a showstopping choreographed dance. This year, they join us again as much of the original ensemble passes the torch onto newly emerging actors and dancers.

Watch Anna Bollig, Paige Yanny, Olivia Devarag, Aida Garcia-Gomez, Jocelyn Lopez, Daniela Perez-Ramirez, Raven Hopkins, Olivia Roberts, Sharmake Ismael, Will Watkins, and more, as they take the stage during The New Renaissance Presents: Ancestral Echoes at The Lab Theater - Mpls on Saturday, June 8th.

Soul Fest 2017 is happening tomorrow night!! We will be celebrating Black History with an evening of soul food and performances! Featuring Washburn Alum Antonio Duke Keno Evol Jeffrey Alcenat, as well as local artists Joseph Davis and the Poetic Diaspora, as well as Mayyadda. This is an uplifting event not to be missed!
