This Fluke ceviche recipe was created by our chef and owner Avi. His recipe is made with coconut milk, lime juice, cucumbers, jalapeño, red onion and cilantro. Served with a side of plantain chips, blue and yellow tortilla chips.

Cucumber salmon skewers. Grab your best peeler and slice along the length of the cucumber. Top those slices with goat cheese, salmon, dill and roll those up nice and snug. Skewer one or two with a pick and top with chives and some salt.
