The Urban Dialect Poets Open Mic Circuit
is a traveling performance arts show dedicated to providing a platform/stage to a variety of amazing poets, Spoken Word artists, lyricist & Play-writes (by way of hosting open mic venues throughout NYC) so that they can share their work with the residences of our communities through live performances.
　
　

We at The Urban Dialect Poets Open Mic Circuit
believe that Poetry is an Art & Not Just A Skill. Whether its nationally recognized laureates touring the world with their work, or 1st time closet poets, and or lyricists writing rhyme and line in the margins of their text books, audiences will be able to experience and enjoy a wide variety of creative expressions through poetry & performing arts.

　
The Urban Dialect Poets Circuit does not believe that any one poet/artists is better than another, merely more experienced. It is for this reason, poets & performing artists alike can feel comfortable reading, and or performing their works at any of our venues among a family of supporting artist & neighborhood audiences.
　
　
We will allow all forms of Poetry, Prose, Spoken Word and Creative Writing. As well as live Jazz bands & Original play production performances. Come experience, and be a part of The Urban Dialect Poets Open Mic Circuit at a Café/Lounge near you-
