We offer a variety of fitness classes incorporating many different styles of dance geared towards all ages ranging from 3 & up. Our classes consists of unique energetic dance moves and many other fitness classes for both children an

d adults. In addition, we constructed a specialized fitness program strictly for toddlers & preschool aged (3-5 yrs) to teach them early on about the importance of being active through fun exercises.
