Save the date! The weekend of February 18th & 19th, 2023 will be our final weekend of throwing at Premiers original location. We are going to close it out with a marathon league. We are working on making it an amazing weekend. Details will be coming soon but here’s a sneak peak: in addition to the marathon league, we’ll have some skillz games, and maybe even a knife throwing event. Plan to get out here and the fun will follow!

Come throw in our final league at Premier Throwings original location. We are sad to see this location go but please help us celebrate all the good times we’ve had with one final league send off. Our lease has come to an end and it's time to move on. We do not have a new location secured yet, but we are actively looking! Please continue to follow our posts for more information and updates.
This season we will run a standard league AND a premier league, both on Wednesday nights. Join us every Wednesday at 6pm for practice then matches start at 7pm. No axe-perience necessary, just the need for fun and a desire to chuck axes. Everyone 10 and older is welcome to join. Traditional League will run for 7 weeks this season. 6 weeks of matches and then a double elimination tournament on week 7 to crown a champion! We will also have a big axe league on Thursdays! Our Pumpkin Carving Contest was an amazing event! Thank you to everyone who came out. Congratulations to Emory, who carved our favorite pumpkin. Masons was right behind and made it a difficult decision. We had a bunch more great looking pumpkins. We can't wait to see everyone for Season 5 of our league, starting tomorrow night (10/12).

Season 4 is in the books! This season was filled with nothing but laughs and fantastic throwing. Congratulations to Katy on her first place win. Broooose and 711 made it a great show and gave it their all. New season starts October 12th.

We are excited Cottonwood Bowl Classic weekend begins tomorrow, Friday August 19th.
War! Is apart of our team doubles event. Thank you for bringing us this prize package.
Rules!! Have fun!
WAR
2.5 inch circle
76 inches from the ground to center (74.75 to bottom)
3 innings
A team is 2 throwers
Random draw seeded
One thrower is high seeded
One thrower is low seeded

Scoring:
Every axe in the circle will count as 1 point
If both teams have 1 axe each in the circle, zero points will be counted. They cancelled each other out.

Every thrower will have the option for a single 1.5 rotation throw per inning.

No foot faults, (don't be an idiot) but you must take a step. The red line is nonexistent.

Each set of axes will be marked to indicate the difference.
Coin flip will choose if players cannot come to agreement for who throws first.
Teams can trade throwing positions for choice of axes.
Inning
One complete set of throws (4 axes) for each player of each team. One player from each team will throw in the top of the inning and the other player will throw the bottom of the inning.
Players must throw with a person of the same draw, high vs high and low vs low.
The team leading after each inning can choose who will throw in the top and bottom of the inning.
The team who scored last will throw first. The team throwing first in top if the 1st inning is decided by the team who picks axes. If neither team chooses, the coin flip will choose.

Each set of axes will be marked with tape to indicate a difference in teams.
Coin flip to choose if players cannot come to agreement
Teams can trade throwing positions for choice of axes.

If there's a tie at the end of the 3 innings, a coin flip will determine who throws first. Teams will
choose a player to throw ambidextrous. If no one wins after the first throw, we will go to sudden death. The first team to score, wins.

Cottonwood Bowl Classic is a week away. Still time to sign up and have a chance to win these giant rubber duckies. You guessed it, team duck hunt trophies are these gorgeous giant rubber duckies.

Team Duck Hunt, how to play.

A team consists of 4 throwers
Throwers will be chosen at random, placed together using seeding
1 thrower from top 25%
1 thrower from upper mid 25%
1 thrower from lower mid 25%
1 thrower from lowest 25%
Throwers will get 5 throws to hit 4 ducks spaced across the board. You must go in order left to right, if you miss a duck move to the next. On the 5th throw, you can go back and attempt to clean up any missed duck. If you successfully hit all 4 within the first 4 throws, you can gift your 5th throw to another team member. You can not gift your throw unless all 4 were hit.

Tie breaker;
The 1st team to hit a big axe duck will win. Teams will go in order of seeding and throw. If team A hits on first throw and team B misses, game over. If both teams miss, the next set of throwers will have a chance.

Marathon League!! What an epic weekend. The throwing was exceptional from everyone! We cannot wait to host another one. We had throwers that never threw in an IATF league before who were making it look easy. Finally, we had some great prizes and awards! Garrett took the playoffs, with Brandon and Jason making him sweat and earn that win. Our highest regular season seed went to Eric, BOE crushed clutches and took that award, and John walked away with a mind blowing 90% Premier League bullseye! Way to everyone, what an excellent weekend!
