One of our biggest priorities for our wedding is we had to have delicious food and Premiere Catering delivered on that. All our family and friends mentioned was how great the food was even months later. My uncle said it was the first time at a wedding he actually liked the food and he went for seconds! Our friend told us he has been to 7 weddings this year and no one served food even close to as good of the food we had at our wedding. If you choose premiere catering - GET THE BRISKET & MAC N' CHEESE!

Premiere Catering did such a fabulous job catering our daughter's wedding. The food was AMAZING, aand we got so many compliments all night on how great everything was (especially the brisket). The servers were so friendly, and all the guests loved them. The set-up and clean-up was handled so well (this was a wedding on our own property). I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We used premiere catering for our wedding this past weekend and I can’t say enough how much I’d recommend it. Our guests were constantly commenting on how great the food was. The servers were wonderful and constantly circulating during the cocktail hour. Drinks were delicious and always full. Working with John was wonderful, he responded to all of my emails very quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice when I was unsure of what to do. Highly highly recommend for any event!

Every aspect of our experience with Premiere Catering could not have gone more smoothly. The final result was an array of excellent food, beautifully presented in rooms set up just as agreed upon, attended by friendly, professional staff and perfect clean-up, reasonably priced.
Glasses and plates were replenished and removed throughout two back to back events, with guests commenting on the exceptional quality of the service.
Michael and John could not have been easier to work with or more accommodating. Michael answered all calls immediately. Their expertise and professionalism allowed me to completely focus on our guests .
They were completely open to and delightfully interactive with another caterer who set up a separate BBQ for a ribs and cobbler option along with the Premiere buffet at the second event. I would highly recommend Premiere.

WOW! What else could we say? Congratulations to Samantha and David. Samantha your attention to detail was Awesome, you knew exactly what you had envisioned for your Special Day. This was one of our most favorite Weddings! The Idea of lining the driveway with your guest tables so that everyone was under a canopy of our The Pacific Northwest Forest and Lights. Unbelievable

Michael is not only kind but responsive and professional. We loved working with him throughout our wedding planning and the day of. He helped us prepare a menu that was vegetarian friendly and delicious! Everyone at the wedding raved about how good the food was. His crew helped set up and tear town the tables, which we appreciated so much. I would highly recommend!

On behalf of Icon Foods, I would like to write a review of our first-time experience having the pleasure of working with you. We confirmed a date, had a change of plans, many emails finalizing the details and questions just to clarify and never once did I not receive a reply as that to me is perfection which stems from your attention to detail is impeccable WITH not only the food delivered, set up and organized timely but when asked of your driver how long would you recommend waiting to start the buffet line to make sure the food is HOT, he replied it comes to you delivered HOT.

If ever I am asked, who might I recommend for catering; you’ve got my vote. We could not have been more pleased.

We chose Premiere Catering to be apart of our special day and we are SO glad we did! Michael (the owner) was the main reason we moved forward as he was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely communicative (with fast and thoughtful responses), flexible (completely tailored the experience to our needs) and was purely just a wonderful human to work with. He loves what he does for a living and it definitely shows.

As far as the Premiere team on our wedding day - the team and chef(s) did a wonderful job. The food was delicious and it definitely showed as our guests were raving about the options!

A big THANK YOU to Michael & the Premiere team for helping make our special day as magical as it was.

Congratulations to Erin and Stephen on their Nuptials last night The World Forestry Center, It was simply Wonderful! We really appreciate your input on the menu selections and the décor, with guests from all over, they really enjoyed the Vegetarian Menu that we created for this event.
Keeping in mind that your Guests will still enjoy our Classic Cedar Plank Salmon along with Stuffed Peppers and Grilled Portabella Mushrooms keeping the best of both worlds in mind.

Amazing all around!

Michael and the Premiere Catering staff were so amazing to work with. From our tasting appointment, to our site walk through and the big day, Premiere Catering executed everything perfectly with the upmost professionalism. All of the food was simply delicious, we received so many compliments and would recommend Michael and his team to anyone looking for an excellent caterer.

WOW! We still can't believe that the Oregon Weather has held out until we finished the Employee Appreciation BBQ at Foothills Park in Lake Oswego today! Turned out to be a good day for a BBQ!

Premiere Catering was a dream to work with! We worked closely with Michael, and he was always highly responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Honestly, we weren't expecting the food to be anything to rave about (because wedding food usually isn't that great), but oh my goodness the food was DELICIOUS, and there was plenty for everyone! Everyone raved about the staff and how attentive they were the entire time.

Working with Premiere for our wedding was the best decision we made—they handled much more than other caterers do, making our planning a breeze and stress levels low. Thank you to Michael, the Chef, and staff!!

Best catering team in portland!

Michael and John and their team are IMPECCABLE!!! My husband and I had our post wedding celebration here in Portland and Happy Valley. Michael made all of our dreams and visions come true. They were amazing to work with and so patient and accommodating to our requests (while we juggled our two toddlers while planning). Our friends and family were amazed by the delicious food as well as the GORGEOUS set up they provided. Michael handled everything from tastings and curating a menu to coordinating the rentals. Wish we could do it all over again. 100/10 would recommend Premiere Catering to anyone and everyone wishing for the perfect wedding. Thank you
