The last few days I worked on these sympathy pieces for my husbands grandmas service yesterday ❤️ what an honor to be able to design for such an important occasion.

Before and after of this hybrid full set on my sweet mother in law last night ❤️

She has thin, sparse straight lashes so I opted for a c and cc curl and the longest length being 11.

Did you know that you should have a similar curl in your extension as the natural lash!? Meaning if you have a client that has stick straight lashes, then a D curl will not be a good option and you will not get a good attachment to the natural lash which in turn means you won’t have great retention. if your client is wanting more drama than what a c or cc curl can give but they have straight lashes then an M curl is a great option to give that drama and still get great attachment with the natural lash =better retention.

If you have a client with naturally curly lashes a D curl is great for them!

You would not believe the things I’ve learned with my current courses with evolve lash co, the way I lash has completely changed and her courses are a GAME CHANGER! Every lash artist should be taking continued education courses and I’m so glad I found evolve lash co!

And let’s be honest here- if you are currently with a lash artist that doesn’t prioritize your lash health, who tells you you cant ever brush, wash, or tells you you can’t get your lashes wet 24-48 hours after application you need to RUN!!! Run away and find a lash artist who prioritizes your lash health and applied extensions correctly and safely. You need to be cleansing your lashes DAILY and with a lash professional cleanser and brush made specifically for lash extensions.

If you aren’t taking care of your lash extensions correctly, and especially not cleansing or cleansing often enough this leads to infection (like blepharitis ) , irritation,and more.

I had the great opportunity to design for my sweet cousin for a dinner party she hosted yesterday. The name place cards with the dried oranges and dried floral were done by me as well as the floral crowns🌿

Thank you to char for always supporting and believing in me and giving me such great opportunities and connections. It’s something so amazing when a family member/close friends support what you do! I can’t wait to keep creating for/with her!
