Hello! I guess it's time to introduce myself!

Name: Lacey Blackman, Owner of Foyer 950 and Team lead at Blackman & Associates Real Estate Team. I am a local investor and host.

I came about this space by accident. As a Realtor, my brain is always working in investments & community needs. As I walked this building, and did a little research, saw a need for event space thru the Tri Cities area. There is LARGE venues, but very little smaller more intimate venues.

Our name: Foyer 950 essentially means "a place to gather" means so much to me, in a world where we are so programmed to go to work, go home and stare at screens the majority of our waking hours.

This space I wanted to provide people with JOY of meeting up with friends, family, and co workers to make memories.

From birthday parties, to VIP client parties, to baby showers, weddings, company retreats, trainings, family reunions and much more, we are here to provide a comfortable place for you to gather
