An empowerment workshop brings women together to share, create, and build community. Empowerment workshops represent the five values of our company: Attitude, Empowerment, Creativity & Innovation, Sustainability & Environmental Stewardship, and Growth.

Through the creative medium of flowers, women learn about community organizing, self-confidence, sustainable lifestyles, resilience, and personal agency. Each workshop features a guest speaker who is an expert in their field and passionate about the values they represent.

Workshops give women a chance to learn and grow through flowers by providing a creative project through flower arrangements. Women will learn to make bouquets, small bowl arrangements, dried bouquets, dried wreaths, and flower crowns.

Each participant will be sent a box of materials and tools a day before the workshop. All workshops will take place over Zoom, so anyone in the United States can participate.

Flowers give us the capacity to learn and grow together. They provide a medium for creativity and connection, and empowerment workshops build upon this idea.
