He has catered to celebrities, heads of state and business pioneers. At Cinq, we take an artisanal approach to our catering. What does this mean? To make a sandwich: we bake the bread, we roast the meat and we prepare our own dressings and relishes. We take this level of dedication to all aspects of our menu. We start by sourcing the best and freshest ingredients. We make our own house-made smoked

salmon and use only fresh pasta for our lasagnes. Our desserts are all made in-house and change to reflect the best of each season’s harvests. Crafting superior food is an art we take seriously.
