The Cock(roach)tail menu was themed around insects and the jungle. The menu included Insect on the Beach, Bugs Fizz and Waspy Sour.

Try out our classic margarita recipe, by shaking together the following ingredients;
40ml Tequila
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
15ml Cointreau
10ml Sugar Syrup
Finish with a salted rim on the glass and lime wedge.

Two of the delicious cocktails we produced consisted of a Rainforest Spritz (St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, cucumber juice and Prosecco) plus a refreshing Rockies Pina Asada (Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila, chargrilled pineapple, fresh lime with roasted pineapple soda)

Happy Pisco Sour Day!

Why not try and make one at home, with our twist on a Pisco Sour?

Shake the following ingredients in a shaker with cubed ice:
60ml Pisco
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 egg white

Finish off by pouring through a fine strainer into a coupette glass and garnishing with a few drops of Angostura Bitters (We have gone a step further and added droplets of home-made hibiscus and basil oil)
