This brought back not only memories but also joy to my heart! 🥰

To put in context, back in the late 90s, when I was about 10, our family used to provide food, blankets, and other essentials to a school that also accommodated children. Divya Shanti School.

And now to see our oldest family friends (approx. 30 years now) doing the same thing on a much bigger scale!! God is good and continues to strengthen those who are willing to make that difference amid the trials of this world.
P.S. 3rd slide, top right corner, the amazing lady in pic is my godmother! ❤️

We were a tad late this year for to get involved, but next year, will we definitely be involved!!

A delicious North Indian dish, dating back to 1950's when it was first created in Moti Mahal Restaurant in Delhi.
Paneer cooked in a tomato based gravey infused with butter, cashews, cream and other homemade spices!!

We were asked to prepare Dal Masala Vade for a client, however they wanted it raw...
Which gave us an eureka moment 💡
Some of our dishes like the Vade, Fiery Wings, Tandoori Paneer, Fish cakes and Tuna Balls etc. We are able to prep and if stored correctly can be kept for a few days.
We provide you with all the cooking information 📜
Works really well for people who work or are busy most of the day but would like a homemade, healthy and quickly prepared meal.

Palak Paneer and Chappathi 😋😋
A simple yet very popular dish and quite healthy too!! Palak paneer is found in almost evey city in India and most eat it with Chappathi or paratha, probably because they go so well together!!🤤🤤
Fresh Spinach blanched and pureed, infused in homamde spices and cooked with fresh paneer.
