The oregano in the salmoriglio dressing works brilliantly with 🍅, a nice change to basil. I’ll miss the abundance of summer varieties and the lovely Norfolk asparagus.... but Autumn 🍂 brings other beautiful produce along ...

I wish I could share more foodie pictures of the amazing hen night this week. I got to work in the most beautiful location with a kitchen where Nigella, Mary Berry and Jamie Oliver have all filmed. But the only pics I can show you are these. Unfortunately the naked butler got in the way!!! :)

A really stunning summer canape. Tuna ceviche (thank you for the lovely tuna )on blue corn tostada with lime and sour cream avocado cream. Light, fresh and super delicious 😋.

Testing in the kitchen today. Espresso panna cotta, cardamom shortbread crumb, salted almond praline, butterscotch sauce and fruit. The flavours are all there, now the plating needs a slightly more delicate touch.😃

I’ve joined the carrot revolution!! Baby heritage rainbow carrots are so sweet. Roasted for 20 mins in olive oil and then topped with sour cream and dill, they make a perfect autumn side to anything!!

Dinner last night in the Officers Mess at the London Scottish Regiment HQ! There were pipers, a Scottish themed menu and of course a lot of Scotch whisky. What a brilliant evening! Thank you as ever Veronica Estepa Gamero and your fab team for a flawless service and making the room look so beautiful.

Griddling red peppers when it’s 32C might seem mad, but it was worth it! My favourite dip is hot, nutty and sweet. Red pepper and walnut tarator/muhammara
