Happy New Year! Thank you to everyone for your support throughout 2020. We are excited to see what 2021 has in store for us. We are still waiting on council to give us the big tick but we will keep you updated.

Now that we have all recovered from the weekend, we want to say a massive THANK YOU to everybody who came along to celebrate the barn’s 125th birthday!

We hope you all enjoyed yourselves as much as we did, it was great to meet and reminisce with lots of people.
The rain came but didn’t dampen our spirits; we still got the meat all cooked, started up the old stationary engines and finished off by watching the rugby on the side of the barn.

We have submitted the resource consent needed to turn the barn into a wedding venue so fingers crossed we have some luck 🤞

Either way, that won’t be the last party we have so keep your ears to the ground!

The new grass is up! More details on the 125th party coming tonight.

We have been very busy today clearing out the old workshop. We found a lot of goodies and an old cobblestone floor. We even had our own digger driver. Thanks Mark Hutton! This building will be turned into a stable and a workshop to display the old relics.

We are excited to announce our new business venture. We are opening this stone barn up for weddings, engagements, 21st etc. We are currently refurbishing it and hoping to be ready to open in November. PM for more details.
