It’s going to be a busy weekend for the farms in the area with ASAP in town! We will be serving up sliders all weekend and of course featuring their very own and well loved beefalo! This local Beefalo was rubbed with Pisgah Roasters Italian espresso, then slow cooked for 10 hours in Archetype Brewing’s Chow chow dark lager… YUMMMM! Come get this hoagie today! We will be at Archetype from 11 to 5/6?? Veggie options available too!

Twisted Roots will be at Sideways Farm and Brewing this Sunday!!! We will be selling brunch AND lunch from noon to 6pm! We are using their amazing UNRELEASED Old Colony Brown Ale to braise local Beefalo and have rubbed it with Pisgah Roasters espresso!! Another delicious collaborative sandwich!! Come out for some great brunch, lunch and drinks!!!Sunday funday indeed!!

Twisted Roots will be at Archetype Brewing this Saturday!!! We will be selling food from 11am to…?6ish? We are using their delicious Chow Chow dark lager to braise local Beefalo and have rubbed it with Pisgah Roasters espresso!! What a collaborative sandwich!! ALSO… Mountain Pet Rescue is holding an adoption event here 1-4!! We will be donating 10% of our sales to them! Come out for some great food, great beer and adopt a fur baby!! This Friday and Saturday we will be at Johnson Family Farm again! We are using their amazing fresh produce and local meat to create our dishes. We are also using Packas Place Farm Beefalo to make some mouth watering burgers! You don’t want to pass this up! We will be out there early making breakfast burritos too! Friday at the Johnson Family Farm was great! We cooked up a Farmer’s Succotash and Shrimp n grits using fresh farm produce and local meat and shrimp. If you haven’t checked out this beautiful farm, you need to! The family is wonderful and their produce and products are awesome! We will be there again today from 11-3 with the same menu but also featuring an exciting special! We are working with Pacas Place farm and using their amazing product- Beefalo!! We are making patty melts with it and can’t wait for you to taste it! Come see us!

We have always been fond of the farm to table movement and we love highlighting natural flavors from the earth in the most simple form.
We have finally started building relationships with some local WNC farms and we are beyond excited for what doors will be opening with opportunities together! More to come, stay tuned!
Tomorrow we will be offering small plates from 11-2. We stopped in today and gathered some beautiful colorful produce of theirs and can’t wait for you to taste it!
