Vondah Stockbridge developed her passion for cooking at an early age. With both grandmothers owning and managing very different types of restaurants, her exposure to various types of cuisine became priceless. After years in the corporate world, she began her career in the catering industry with the food truck “Pinky’s Rolling Fresh” in 2013. She realized that catering and bar tending were her true passions and soon opened the The Bay Street Bistro. The Bay Street Bistro is a fully licensed caterer and bar tending company that has serviced customers in the Norman, and Oklahoma City area for over 5 years. We specialize in creating menus that are unique to our customer’s desire. Do you want BBQ? A vegetarian salad bar? Gluten free items? From Taco Bars to fresh from Maine Lobster Tail rolls, we can create a catering experience to fit your needs and budget. Additionally, we can customize a bar for your event! We can accommodate a full top shelf spirits experiences or offer a more intimate setting with only beer and wine. We take pride in our culinary skills and superior customer service.
