My story
Ciao, I am Paola, an Italian very passionate about food since I was very young and worked in catering all my life.
My mother has touch me how to cook simple genuine Italian food, how to respect the natural flavour of each ingredients, and the joy to share it with the people you care the most.
In Italy for 17 years I have cooperated with my family to run Bar/Pizzeria/Trattoria, located in Cormano a small town just outside Milano. I have taken some cooking courses and Sommelerie lessons, so I call my self a Sommelier that discover recipes by flavours… following my nose.
London has hosted me for the last 15 years. Here I have broadened my work experience in some pubs and restaurants. For the last 4 years I am running a popular street food stall at Petticoat Lane Market, where I got the opportunity to listen very closely my clientele requests… and the new Gustosissima project was born.
