Butternut squash Gnocchi by my little chef. Thank you for making a beautiful and tasty dinner 😍

Gnocchi is usually made with potatoes... this is a variation I found on a foodie blog.

Ingredients
__________

Plain Flour 2 cups
Boiled and smashed butternut squash 2 cups (use a clean kitchen cloth to squash the excess water)
1 egg
1/2 cup ricotta
1/2 cup parmesan
Hint of cinnamon
Hint of nutmeg

For the sauce
Salt
Pepper
Butter 2 table spoons
Sage
2-3 cloves garlic
Pine nuts
**Added twist dry red chillis**

When you watch too much Korean dramas they over take your taste buds.... all they do is eat Ramen, sticky rice and fried chicken with Beer..,. Crazy they get paid for eating and still look skinny.... on the television...

So my Korean obsession made me use Uber eats to order Korean Fried chicken and 🍺. So far the best Fried chicken I had. Wish I was in Korea for a moment.

Today I made an effort to make this “Korean Bibimbap” replica. I didn’t have sesame seeds... and radish. but tasted good...
