Our Story

Mark Broadbent has enjoyed a food-obsessed career spanning three decades. He’s cooked in Five-star Hotels, Two-star Michelin restaurants, Gastro Pubs and Member’s Clubs, delivering unforgettable cuisine. London’s Bluebird Restaurant was just one of his success stories. Under his creative direction, the restaurant achieved huge critical acclaim and was especially loved by AA Gill. Mark has worked with many high-profile names over the years within the private and corporate sector. He has catered for some of the biggest brands in fashion, film, TV and advertising. Bread & Honey now takes up most of his time as he directs an innovative team of chefs in Facebook London HQ and Bread & Honey Kitchens. Alongside this, he runs his consultancy 'Save Your Bacon' - helping businesses reach success in the food industry.
