Made this frilly little number yesterday for the lovely and brilliant .dark - the brief was "coral, pink and 70's curtains, like the cake in The Godfather".... I think I kinda nailed it. Happy Birthday! X### DM for commissions.

Fresh, vibrant and super delicious Prawn Spring Rolls with a curried peanut satay sauce •••
These are gluten free, can be made vegan and filled with just about anything you've got in the fridge. Today I used peppers, carrots, cucumber, mint, mango, radish, vermicelli noodles & marinated prawns along with some fish sauce, lime juice, sesame oil & rice wine vinegar for seasoning •••
Any sauce will do but the Satay Sauce on website is what I made today and it is easy and more-ish and pairs perfectly with the rolls.

Yesterday, I braved my first wedding fair as a trader at Lambeth Town Hall Venue Hire]! I had so much fun meeting all the incredible suppliers - from wedding rings to beautiful vintage cars, photographers & cocktail makers, there was something for everyone! It was so much fun and I met lots of lovely couples getting inspiration for their wedding days! Thanks for having us Lambeth Town Hall Venue Hire], it was a blast!

Couldn't resist saying yes to the lovely Charley & Michael for their wedding at last Friday. Canapés and yummy, seasonal salads to go alongside followed by negronis galore!
